the front door opens into a small hall area with a wardrobe for coats
etc. Beyond, there is the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area
with a wood-burning stove as an option to the central heating. Also leading
off the hall is an upstairs bathroom with wc, washbasin, large shower
and plumbing for a washing machine. |

| Double doors lead from the living area to a large terrace with panoramic views over the bay below and to the mountains above and behind. The terrace has a sloping roof that provides ample shade through much of the day. |

| A marbled staircase leads from the hall to the lower level which comprises 2 good-sized bedrooms and a second bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc. Each of the rooms has fitted wardrobes for clothing and storage. |

Guest accommodation/annexe The guest lodge is a separate building with twin beds. It provides an additional 28 square metres of living space. It has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, together with wardrobe and drawers and a kitchen/dining area with sink, cooker, fridge, dining table and chairs. It is designed to provide simple, comfortable accommodation for 1 or 2 people. |

| The door to the lodge opens out onto the large terrace above the pool, which is shared with the main house, and part of which is covered to provide shade. Being 500m above sea level, in the hot summer months we have a slightly cooler breeze, so that air-conditioning is not needed. A fan is provided in the lodge, together with mosquito nets for the summer months when a few mosquitoes are around at night. For the winter months, the lodge is equipped with central heating. |
